Excise Department Recruitment 2020 Post Details

1. Asstt. Chemist

• No of Posts : 04 Nos.
• Salary : Pay Band – 2, Rs. 14,000 – 60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200/-
• Qualification Required :
  • Candidate must be Graduate in Science (B. Sc.) from a recognized university.

2. Junior Assistant

• No of Posts : 12 Nos.
• Salary : Pay Band – 2, Rs. 14,000 – 60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200/-
• Qualification Required :
  • Candidate must be Graduate in in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Candidate must have Computer Skills from a recognized Institute for handling data and text on computer.

3. Driver

• No of Posts : 20 Nos.
• Salary : Pay Band – 2, Rs. 14,000 – 60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,200/-
• Qualification Required :
  • Candidate must be HSLC passed or equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Candidate must have proficiency in Driving.
  • Candidate must have a valid four wheeler driving License (LMV) issued by Competent Authority.

• Age : Candidates want to apply for Excise Department Recruitment Jobs should not be more than 40 years old & not less than 18 years old as on 1st January, 2020. Upper age relaxation would be as below.
  1. 5 (five) years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) & ST (H).
  2. 3 (three) years in case of candidates belonging to OBC / MOBC.
  3. 2 (two) years for Ex-Serviceman.
  4. 10 (ten) years in case of PwD candidates irrespective of castes.

Physical Fitness :

• Candidates should be of sound health, both mentally and physically and free from organic defect bodily infirmity likely to interfere with efficient performance of his duties.
• Candidates required to undergo medical examination before appointment to the service.
